When there is more than one person, or more than one part

The team, the stock, and the trip to the supply counter.

Who is doing the work, what it takes to do it, and where the parts come from.

Most of this starts to matter the day you stop working alone, or the day a job needs more than what is already on the truck. Team members, helpers and subcontractors each get their own place. So does the stock you carry. Team members, helpers and job assignment are the Crew plan, which includes five seats. The supply cart and the suppliers directory are on the Free plan. Inventory is Pro.

What is in Your Crew & Supply

  • Team MembersCrew Plan

Add the people who work for you and give each of them a role.

  • Access ControlCrew Plan

Turn each feature on or off for each person, so nobody opens a screen they should not open.

  • HelpersCrew Plan

A list of the casual workers you call in, with invite links so they can join without a long setup.

  • Share-LoginCrew Plan

One shared login for a crew that works from a single phone, instead of everyone having their own account.

  • Job AssignmentCrew Plan

Put people on jobs over a range of dates, so everyone knows their week.

  • CrewsCrew Plan

Group the people who work together. Then put the whole crew on a job in one step, instead of adding them one at a time.

  • Time OffCrew Plan

Say who is away and for how long, down to half a day. If you book work on a day someone is away, the planner tells you. It does not stop you.

  • SubcontractorsPro Plan

Subcontractors are kept in their own list, apart from the people on your team.

  • Subcontractor ContractsPro Plan

A contract that starts with the work and the terms already suggested for your trade.

  • InventoryPro Plan

How much stock you have of every price-book item, plus a history of what you received, used and adjusted.

  • Movements ReportPro Plan

What came in, what went out and what is left. Export it as CSV or PDF, exactly as it looks on screen.

  • Supply Cart

Build a cart from what the job needs and it becomes one purchase order for each supplier. You still send the order yourself.

  • Suppliers

A list of the places you buy from, plus Suppliers Near Me for when the job is out of town.

Team & Access: everyone gets their week, and only their week

  • Add a team member, give them a role, and put them on jobs over a range of dates.
  • Turn features on or off for each person, so a helper never opens a screen showing your profit.
  • Remove someone and their access goes with them. The work they already logged stays where it is.

Subcontractors: the people you hire in, kept apart from the people you employ

  • Subcontractors sit in their own list, separate from your team roster.
  • Start a subcontractor contract with the work and the terms already suggested for your trade.
  • You keep a record of who did what. That is what matters if there is a problem later.

Inventory & Supply: stop guessing what is on the truck

  • Check how much stock you have of anything in your Price Book before you drive to the counter.
  • Record stock as you receive it, use it and adjust it, and the movements report shows where it all went.
  • Build a cart from what the job needs and it comes out as one purchase order for each supplier.

Team Members & Access

Questions about Your Crew & Supply

Does Zeus email the purchase order to my supplier?

No. Zeus builds the purchase order for you, one for each supplier, but you still send it yourself, whichever way you already send your orders. Zeus never sends anything to a supplier for you.

Can I stop a helper from seeing what I charge?

Yes. You set access for each person, feature by feature, instead of giving out one broad role. Anything you have not turned on for someone is simply not there when they open the app.

Do I need Pro for inventory?

Yes. Inventory and the movements report are Pro. The supply cart, purchase orders and the suppliers directory are on the Free plan. Team members, helpers, share-login, per-member access and putting people on jobs are the Crew plan. Crew is sold in four sizes: five, ten, fifteen or unlimited seats.
