How to Reach Us

Email is the fastest way to reach us. One address covers support, billing, privacy requests, legal notices and security reports. It is also the address our policies name. Say in the subject line what your message is about, and it is handled under the policy that fits.

Support and General Questions
Anything about using the app: a job that will not sync, a quote that will not send, tax setup, importing your phone contacts, or a question before you sign up.
Already using the app? Send from the address on the account and say which screen you were on. That is the fastest route to an answer.
Billing and Subscriptions
Plan changes and questions about your plan, including staying on Pro when your trial ends. Email us, and we will change the plan on your account.
The rules are written down in the billing, cancellation and refund policy.
Privacy and Data Requests
Ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. Also anything else the privacy policy gives you the right to ask for.
You can also export everything and delete your account from inside the app, without asking us. See the privacy policy.
Legal Notices
Official letters to the company under the terms of service, questions about the agreements, and copyright complaints.
If a letter has to be delivered officially, and not just emailed, send it to the office address below. That address is named in the terms of service.
Security Reports
A possible security hole, strange activity on an account, or anything you think is showing data that should be private.
Please read the reporting rules on the security page first. They are short, and they matter.

Say in the subject line what your message is about, and it is handled under the policy that covers it.
We answer in English.
If something is urgent, say so in the subject line. Some requests have a deadline written into a policy, for example accessibility feedback or a privacy request. Those follow the deadline in that policy.
