Email is the fastest way to reach us. Pick the address that matches what you are writing about. That tells us how to deal with your message, and for a privacy or security question, it is also the address our policies name.
Support and General Questions
Anything about using the app: a job that will not sync, a quote that will not send, tax setup, importing your phone contacts, or a question before you sign up.

Billing and Subscriptions
Plan changes and questions about your plan, including staying on Pro when your trial ends. Email us, and we will change the plan on your account.

Privacy and Data Requests
Ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. Also anything else the privacy policy gives you the right to ask for.

Legal Notices
Official letters to the company under the terms of service, questions about the agreements, and copyright complaints.

A possible security hole, strange activity on an account, or anything you think is showing data that should be private.

- Support, privacy and security have separate addresses, so your message is handled under the right policy.
- We answer in English.
- If something is urgent, say so in the subject line. Some requests have a deadline written into a policy, for example accessibility feedback or a privacy request. Those follow the deadline in that policy.
