What Zeus is built for
This is built for a crew where everyone is still doing the work. The account is a shared job record for people who are out on site, not an office system somebody has to sit and update.
Everybody works from the same job record, on their own login, from wherever they are standing.
Access is set per person, feature by feature, so giving somebody a seat does not give them everything.
It still works from the phone. Nobody is going back to a desk to file anything.

Five seats. Everyone signs in as themselves. Their role decides what they can open, and the schedule and the job record are shared.
How to move up
Every new account starts with a free trial of the paid product. No card needed. It runs for 30 days from the day you start it. When it ends, you choose. You can stay on the Free Plan and keep sending quotes and invoices on as many jobs as you like. Or you can move to the Pro Plan or the Crew Plan in the app. Billing runs through Google Play or the App Store, and your subscription is managed and cancelled there.
