For Growing team

You Are Dispatching Every Morning

You have enough people that you must tell each one where to go, and enough work that the plan has already changed by ten in the morning.

At some point you stop doing every job yourself and start deciding who does it. The seven-in-the-morning round of phone calls is the sign. Zeus puts the day on a board, gives each person their own seat, and records the hours on the job itself instead of on a paper sheet.

Today

What the day looks like now

  • The morning starts with a round of phone calls telling people where to go.
  • Somebody has nothing to do at eleven and somebody else is booked twice at two.
  • The hours on the invoice come off a paper sheet handed in on Friday.

In order

What changes, from the quote to the invoice

  • 01

Assign the Day on a BoardCrew Plan

The Dispatch Board puts every job in a lane for the team member or subcontractor doing it, and you move a job by dragging it with your finger.

  • 02

See the Week Before You Promise ItCrew Plan

The Work Board shows every job on the days it runs, with the crew booked on each one. You can see at a glance who is free on Thursday.

  • 03

Set What Each Person OpensCrew Plan

Each team member has a role, and the role decides what they can see, one feature at a time. Pricing and the money screens stay with the people who need them.

  • 04

Get the Hours From the Job ItselfCrew Plan

Employee time tracking saves each clock-in and clock-out on the job, so the timesheet is the record instead of a sheet of paper.

Scope

What Zeus is built for

Zeus is built for someone who is still doing the work some days. It is a job app a growing team can run from the truck, with the same records whether it is one seat or five.

  • You assign the day on a board, and the person doing the work sees the change.

  • Every person has their own seat, and access is set for each person rather than for the whole team.

  • The record still comes from the job itself: the hours, the notes and the photos are written where the work is.

The plans

What each one gives a business this size

  • Free Plan

    One seat

One seat and the basics: quoting, invoicing, simple scheduling, and the client and the job record.

  • Pro Plan

    One seat

Everything one person needs: job photos and documents, the Day Board, receipt scanning, and job costs and company expenses.

  • Crew Plan

    Five seats included

Five seats, the Dispatch Board and the Work Board, roles set per team member, and employee time tracking.

How to move up

Every new account starts with a free trial of the paid product. No card needed. It runs for 30 days from the day you start it. When it ends, you choose. You can stay on the Free Plan and keep sending quotes and invoices on as many jobs as you like. Or you can move to the Pro Plan or the Crew Plan in the app. Billing runs through Google Play or the App Store, and your subscription is managed and cancelled there.

Common questions

How does a job get to the person doing it?

Assign it on the Dispatch Board, where every job sits in a lane for a team member or a subcontractor. You move a job by dragging it with your finger. The Dispatch Board is part of the Crew Plan.

Do I still have to chase hours at the end of the week?

Employee time tracking saves each clock-in and clock-out on the job it was worked on, so the timesheet is the record. It is part of the Crew Plan.

Can I stop everyone seeing everything?

You set access for each team member on the Access Control screen, one feature at a time. That way pricing and the money screens are only seen by the people who need them. Roles and access set feature by feature are part of the Crew Plan.
