Export for your accountant: CSV, QuickBooks or PDF
The year's numbers in a file your accountant can open
The problem
Tax time comes and your accountant wants the year's invoices, payments and expenses. Retyping them from the app into a spreadsheet costs an evening, and the typos cost more.
What Zeus does
Accounting & Data writes what you tick as one CSV, a QuickBooks Desktop .IIF file or an Accountant Pack PDF. Files you hand over, not a connection.
Do this
Start on Accounting & Data
- More
Open the Menu from the bottom bar
- Accounting & Data
Owners and admins see this row
- Expenses & Receipts
All three start ticked; a tap leaves one out
Look at Included in export
- All Data — CSV
Every ticked section in one file, named with the date
- QuickBooks Desktop — IIF
Clients and invoice entries, for QuickBooks Desktop to import
Look at Send to accounting software
- Accountant Pack — PDF
Read it on screen first, then save or send it
You now have
A file for your accountant, saved on your phone or sent where you choose.
On screen, not tapped: All Data — Excel, Phone Contacts — vCard
