Keep your own copy of everything in Zeus
Your own copy of the records, whenever you want it
The problem
Everything you have typed for two years lives in one app, and you have never held a copy of it yourself. Nobody wants to find that out the hard way.
What Zeus does
Export Data lists every section with its real count: records as spreadsheet files, receipts and job photos as files you can keep.
Do this
Start on Export Data
- More
Open the Menu from the bottom bar
- Export Data
Each section shows how many rows it holds
- Confirm Password
When it asks, this unlocks the stored files
- Download CSV
One file per section, opened by any spreadsheet
Look at Records (CSV)
You now have
A copy of your records and files, saved where you can find them.
On screen, not tapped: Files, Receipt Images, Job Photos
