GST rate in Australia
GST in Australia is 10%. It is a single national rate, with no state or territory component to add, so the tax line on an Australian invoice is 10% of the taxable amount wherever in the country the work happened.

When you have to charge it
You charge GST once you are registered for it, and registration becomes compulsory once your business turnover reaches $75,000 in a twelve-month period. Below that you may register voluntarily. A sole trader who is not registered does not add 10% to an invoice and does not claim GST credits on materials. The two go together, which is the part most people are actually asking about when they look this rate up.
What the invoice has to show
A GST-registered business issues a tax invoice, and the ATO sets out what one has to carry: your business name, your ABN, the date, what you supplied, and the GST amount, either shown as its own line or stated as a total that includes GST. For a trade invoice, the simplest honest layout is the subtotal, then GST at 10%, then the total. That is the same shape as the tax line on any other invoice, which is why a generic invoice tool works fine here as long as it lets you name the tax yourself.
The supplies that are not 10%
Some supplies are GST-free and some are input-taxed, and neither is a lower rate: they are different treatments with different consequences for the credits you can claim. For ordinary trade work on a residential or commercial property the 10% rate is the normal case, but the exceptions are real and they are published rather than guessed at. The ATO lists them.

Where Zeus comes in
Knowing the rate is the easy part. Remembering what you billed is not.
This page tells you what goes on the tax line. It cannot tell you what you invoiced this client last spring, which jobs are still unpaid, or where the photos from that visit went. Zeus keeps all of it against the address it belongs to, on your phone, with or without signal.
