Let Zeus chase overdue invoices and open quotes
The chasing happens without you remembering to do it
The problem
Chasing late money is the job nobody schedules, so it never happens and the pile grows. A quote you sent and never heard back on goes the same way.
What Zeus does
Two switches under Getting Paid hand it over. Overdue invoices are emailed at three, seven and fourteen days; a sent quote is nudged at three and seven.
Do this
Start on Settings

Open the Menu from the bottom bar
- Settings & Account
The first row on the Menu
- Chase Overdue Invoices
Emails at 3, 7 and 14 days overdue, then stops
Look at Getting Paid
- Follow Up on Sent Quotes
Nudges an open quote at 3 and 7 days
You now have
Reminders go out under your business name, and stop on their own.
