Read the Planner: your jobs and people across time
Your jobs and your people, laid out across time
The problem
A repaint is one day; a fit-out is three weeks with different people on different days. Schedule a few at once and who is where on Thursday becomes a memory test.
What Zeus does
The Planner is a Gantt of your board: every job a bar, the people under it. Tap a bar for its dates and crew.

Open the Work Board
