Prepare a batch of invoices
A month of confirmed quotes, invoiced in one pass
The problem
It is month end and a pile of confirmed quoted jobs were never invoiced. Writing them one at a time is an evening you do not have.
What Zeus does
Batch Invoice gathers confirmed quoted jobs still needing invoices. Select the jobs, check the count and amount, then Create and Send.

Tick what you're billing: Northgate Storage

You now have
Ready means a confirmed quote; Needs a Job holds the rest.
On screen, not tapped: Create 2 invoices, Send 2 emails, NEEDS A JOB
