Chase what is overdue
See what is overdue before you open anything
The problem
Chasing late money is the job nobody schedules, so it never happens and the pile grows. You should not have to dig for who owes you.
What Zeus does
Overdue money is on the Home page, the Invoices list totals it, and Reports lets you select overdue clients and prepare reminders together.
Do this
Start on Invoice
- More
Open the Menu
- Invoices
Money, then Invoices
- Overdue
Chip: $91,696
- Reports
Under More
- Remind Overdue Clients
The total owed, with every late client bucketed
- Select Overdue
→ the button becomes "Send Reminders (5)"
You now have
Reminders prepared for every client you selected, ready to send.
On screen, not tapped: Send Reminders (5)
