Validity and terms on a quote

An expiry date and your terms, printed on the quote

The problem

A quote you sent three weeks ago carried last month's material prices, and the client accepts today. A quote that never expires lets old prices haunt you.

What Zeus does

Every quote carries a validity window plus your terms and coverage. Switch on what applies and it prints in the PDF the client reads.
